We offer premium delivery options to ensure your Chica Ritual products arrive safely and promptly.

Domestic Delivery (UK)

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): £4.50 (Free on orders over £50). Estimated delivery within 2-3 working days.
• Express Delivery (DPD Next Day): £7.50. Order before 2 PM Monday-Thursday for next working day delivery.

International Delivery

We ship globally to select regions.

• EU Delivery: £15.00. Estimated delivery within 3-5 working days. Please note that customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the checkout price.
• Rest of World: £25.00. Estimated delivery within 5-7 working days. Customs policies vary widely; please contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns Policy

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to return your items.

However, for hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns for cosmetics and skincare products if they are entirely unopened, with all original protective seals intact, and in their original packaging.

We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used, unless the product is faulty. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact our customer care team with your order number to request a return.
2. Carefully pack the unopened items in their original shipping box.
3. Use a tracked delivery service to return the package to us, retaining your proof of postage.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
